With more than 30 years of experience in the interior design industry, Cara Ryan Lemire brings a thoughtful blend of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to every project. After spending 24 years with the internationally acclaimed interior design firm Tucker & Marks in San Francisco, working alongside renowned designer Suzanne Tucker. including 13 years managing the firm's interior design studio, Cara developed a deep appreciation for exceptional craftsmanship, timeless design, and the collaborative process required to deliver luxury residential interiors.
In 2018, Cara returned home to Montana, where she was raised, and started R&R Home Interiors as a Principal. Today, she helps lead the firm's full-service interior design practice, specializing in timeless interiors that seamlessly blend beauty, functionality, and lasting value. Her deep knowledge of construction, interior architecture, budgeting and project management allows her to work closely with architects, builders, and trades from concept through completion, ensuring every detail is carefully executed. In addition to luxury residential homes, Cara and the R&R team also design boutique commercial spaces and have completed projects throughout Montana, as well as in Nashville, Scottsdale, San Diego, and Henderson, Nevada.
For Cara, exceptional design begins with exceptional relationships. She believes that listening, earning her clients' trust, and understanding how they live are just as important as selecting the perfect finishes or furnishings. Her greatest reward is hearing a client walk into their completed home and say, “It feels just like us.” That philosophy continues to guide every project she leads, creating homes that are timeless, deeply personal, and designed to be enjoyed for generations.
When she is not at work, Cara is actively involved in community work, on the Kalispell Business Improvment District Board, Chair of the URA and on the Board of the Northwest Snowghost Youth Hockey Association.

Christy Ryan Eisinger is a Principal at R&R Home Interiors, bringing years of experience and a passion for creating timeless interiors that are as functional as they are beautiful. With a education in Interior Design and an innate eye for detail, she specializes in interior architecture, thoughtful space planning, and reimagining homes in ways that enhance how people live every day.
Before starting R&R Home Interiors in 2018, Christy spent many years managing an interior design and home furnishings store in Kalispell, Montana, where she developed a strong foundation in residential interior design and cultivated lasting relationships with clients, builders, architects, and skilled trades. Her extensive experience managing projects from concept through completion has given her a deep understanding of every phase of the design process, allowing her to seamlessly guide projects from initial vision to final installation.
At R&R Home Interiors, Christy has colaborated with clients on custom homes, renovations, and boutique commercial projects throughout Montana and beyond. She is known for her strong project management, expertise in interior architecture, and ability to thoughtfully reimagine spaces while balancing beauty, functionality, and the unique needs of each client. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail ensure every project is executed with precision and care.
